Welcome

Winter Wedding
As a free lance photographer, based in Cambuslang on the south eastern
edge of the City of Glasgow in Scotland, my photography covers a wide
variety of work from Wedding to Fashion, Still-life to Studio Portraiture,
Landscape to Architectural subjects from the inner cityscape to the rural
lowlands and highlands of Scotland and wider still into the far flung
reaches of the world.

As you browse though the site, I hope that you discover a photograph,
be it a reminder of a recent visit, a gift for a loved one or something to
brighten a bit of wall space within your home to enjoy as you pass by
each day.

Creative Thinking Delivers the Perfect Shot!
In any commercial or private commission, a photo shoot will only succeed
if we work together in a partnership combining your requirements, my
photography skills and most importantly a little creative thinking.

To meet our shared goals, I would value your time to discuss what it is
you are looking to achieve from the time we will share together.

About Me

I was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and lived in Singapore during my
childhood years, travelling to Scotland to be educated, firstly in the golfing
town of St. Andrews in Fife and then on to the shores of Loch Rannoch in
Perthshire nestled in the heart of the Scottish highlands.

My interest in photography was born at an early age with the fortune to be
taught at Rannoch School how to work an SLR camera, compose a shot,
develop film and print photographs. But, like many others, work took over
and my photography became a high days and holidays hobby.

Coming from a long line of creative Scots and being the great grandson of
one of the Glasgow Boys, I decided to settle in Scotland after leaving school
and my career within the hospitality industry took me to various destinations.
I finally moved to my ancestral City of Glasgow in 2005 to be with my partner.

It was only once I settled here that my passion for photography revived itself,
stirred on by the beauty of the city with its architecture, open parklands, the
River Clyde dividing the city as it flows from east to west and the diversity
of the people living and visiting, not to mention the spare time I discovered
having undertaken a industry move.

To prepare me for this new beginning, I bought myself a Nikon D80 DSLR
camera along with a few lenses and took myself off to update my knowledge
at Stow College studying Classical Photography and Photoshop CS3.
This, along with meeting like minded people, gave me the drive to take this
to the next level and here we are...
